Is this a scam of somekind?

I got a piece of mail today indicating that if I scratched off a bubble and the number matched the number already printed on the voucher I would win won of three prizes. Of course both numbers matched and I now have the chance of getting either 10,000 in cash, a 2,500 gift card from Wal-Mart or 100.00 in cash. It says that all I have to do is take it to the automotive dealership listed on the voucher and can pick up the prize. Seems to easy to me.

Yup, gonna try to sell you a car and probably it’s the rebate on the car…remember…if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is…
