How can I acknowledge one year work anniversaries for my employees no giving them time off, cash/gift cards?

I want to acknowledge and recognize the employees at my job but don’t have the authority to give them days off or extra money to give them cash or gift cards.

please recommend some ideas to celebrate and or acknowledge the one year of great service they have provided.
we (guys and girls) are hair stylists and massage therapists and work at a health and wellness facility (gym).

The ideal thing is to give them cash awards or parties, which means money. You can give them certificates acknowledging their contribution.
